In Costa Rica and Nic Donati from Rancho Mastatal led an amazing earthen building class and part of it he taught about the lime cycle which clearly identifies which type of lime to purchase for lime plastering your exterior and/or interior walls. Of course you've still got to get your mix right. Enjoy the info! All courses, articles, videos, &updates on website: schoolofpermaculture.com Faceboo...

Main issue isn't getting rid of it; though, that is a task. The main issues is that once you've gotten rid of it, the surrounding areas also have it. Meaning it will return pretty fast. Only way I know of dealing with it is to not deal with it. Figure out ways to work with it.

I went to the website mentioned in the video to buy the silver for making the colloidal silver and the prices are in the hundreds for a piece of silver. What silver from the webpage did you exactly buy? What should I be looking for ? I'm sure you didn't pay hundreds of dollars for two pieces of silver. Please do share what to look for when buying the silver. Thank you

Colloidal silver was recommended to me for my infant daughter who had many wheezing episodes. Never figured out why, but we had many midnight runs to the emergency room when she would have an episode ... so scary when an infant is struggling to breath!. After I started making the silver we never had to go back to the hospital. A dropperful would stop the wheezing. That was over 20 years ago and we have used it on so many ailments.

Hello, great video, very informative - thanks! I have a question in relation to grey water systems and banana circles - I have heard that bananas are good for recycling the nutrients that are found within the greywater systems in a few places - so does this affect the rest of the banana circle guild plants at all if you have it watered from a greywater source? Would this just be better at cleaning the water as there are more species to take up the various nutrients? Or should you have the water go through another system such as a reed bed first or just banana plant?

I have been coughing for 2 weeks now and the doctor perscribed me antiboitics and I do not like that. I would like to know try this if I am ever again coughing

It's a total myth that canna need to be dug up in winter. I suppose if you live in an extremely cold climate, you might need to, but they practically grow wild here in East Tennessee, where we often have single digit weeks in winter.

I am curious I know this may sound kind of rude, but I am want to know what else do you feed the chickens outside of the insects? From my understanding, chickens can’t get all their nutritional needs just from insects. So you get some store to supplement their diet or is there some other elements of your farm? You can feed themtoo fill in their diet. Or am I just off the mark?

i came here to find out whats the optimal voltage and amperage turns out i know more than that lady. First of all, lower current equals smaller silver particles which are more efficient but takes more time to get the optimal PPM which i consider to be 7 PPM if the water ppm starts at 0-2 PPM. Anything above 2 PPM you can consider to be contaminated water. Secondly you can decontaminate the electrodes by heating them on a methane flame ( gas stove ). Its cleaner than rubbing it with more contamination. Also you need to have a lid on the container because distilled water absorbs CO2 from the air.
